Drink of the Week: The Apple Bellini

1 oz bourbon
Half teaspoon apple puree
4 oz champagne
Nutmeg

Instructions:
In a champagne flute, pour one ounce of bourbon and the apple puree.
Slowly add champagne to fill the glass. Top with dash of nutmeg.
